N11 Check For DTC Repeatability








- Remove pinout box and reinstall all components.

- Clear all codes. Clearing Trouble Codes

- Key OFF.

- Key ON.

- Retrieve code. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

- Is Code System Pass set?

YES -- Stop. Concern has been corrected.

NO -- Code being serviced still exists. Concern has not been corrected. Return to last diagnostic step completed and proceed.

NO -- Different code is set. Go to appropriate pinpoint test. Diagnostic Trouble Code Descriptions

NO -- Code being serviced still exists and Test N9 is completed. N9 Check For Wiring Intermittents

NOTE: The anti-lock system is disabled with the Rotunda(r) Breakout Box 014-00322 or equivalent installed. Using the Breakout Box For Circuit Checks install pinout box. Repeat test steps N3 - N6 while driving vehicle. N3 Check Circuit 523 (R/PK) Continuity Look for any change in indicated continuity (turning on the DVOM beeper will help).

Inspect circuits 523 (R/PK) and 519 (LG/BK) along their entire length from the speed sensor connector to the anti-lock brake control module harness connector for chafing or any other damage that could lead to an open or shorted condition. Service as required.
