KF42 - Check Ground Circuit to LFC Relay

- Key "OFF".

- Low Fan Control (LFC) and High Fan Control (HFC) relays disconnected.

- Measure resistance between the ground circuit at the LFC relay vehicle harness connector and the battery negative post.

- Is resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Go to KF43. KF43 - Check Power-to-Fan Circuit For Short to Ground

No -- Service open ground circuit. Reconnect all components. Re-evaluate symptom.
