Removal





HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING PANEL: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work Service Precautions.

2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD Removal

5. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Removal

6. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH Removal

7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

8. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL Removal

9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for Radio Receiver Type) Removal

12. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for Navigation Receiver Type) Removal

13. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

Removal

14. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

15. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration.





(b) Disconnect the connector to remove the air conditioning control assembly.
