SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS: FRONT SEAT SIDE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
* The nuts must not be reused.
* Make sure that the separate type front seatback spring assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
(a) Install the front seat airbag assembly with 2 new nuts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Engage the 2 clamps.

2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD Reassembly

3. CONNECT FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the seat heater wire harness.

(b) Engage the fastener to install the airbag wire harness.

(c) Connect the rubber band.

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY
