Speakers Pop When Power Door Locks Are Used
SYMPTOM
The speakers pop when the power door locks are used to lock or unlock the doors.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The door lock actuators create an electrical noise that interferes with the audio system.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the audio unit with a remanufactured unit.
NOTE:
The inventory of remanufactured audio units has been updated to suppress the electrical interference.
