Tools Required

J 45059 Angle Meter

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the transmission.
2. Remove and discard the flywheel bolts.
3. Remove the flywheel.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the flywheel to the crankshaft

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the new flywheel bolts.

Tighten the flywheel bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) plus an additional 50 degrees using the J 45059.

3. Install the transmission.
