Side Front Door Lock Replacement

SIDE FRONT DOOR LOCK REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the side front door trim panel.
2. Remove the lock rods from the side front door lock (1).
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the side front door lock (1), if needed.




4. Remove the screw (2) that retain the side front door lock (1) to the door.
5. Remove the side front door lock (1) from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the side front door lock (1) to the door.

2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the screws (2) that retain the side front door lock (1) to the door.

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector to the side front door lock (1).
4. Connect the lock rods to the side front door lock (1).
5. Install the side front door trim panel.
