1. Place choke valve in the closed position.
2. Position gauge J-26701-A on top of choke valve, then set gauge degree scale to zero and center bubble.
3. Place gauge degree scale to the specified degree setting.
4. Place a piece of tape over diaphragm bleed hole, then using a hand held vacuum pump, apply vacuum to choke diaphragm.
5. While pushing upward on choke lever to hold choke valve in the closed position, check to see if gauge bubble is centered, Figs. 7 and 8.
6. If gauge bubble is not centered, adjust by bending vacuum break rod with tool No. J-9789-111, Figs. 7 and 8.
