Fig 93 Power Relay Location And Terminal Identification:
1.
Remove instrument panel under cover, then the power relay.
2.
Check for continuity across power relay terminals as shown.
Fig 94 BS Power Relay Continuity Inspection:

Compare results.
4.
If continuity is not as specified, replace power relay.
