Remove evaporator unit in numbered sequence, Figs.23 and 24, noting the following:
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Properly discharge refrigerant from A/C system.
3. Plug refrigerant lines to prevent air from mixing when disconnecting them.
4. Refill evaporator with 2.03 fl. oz. SUN PAG 56 compressor oil, or equivalent, before replacing evaporator.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Be sure A/C system is properly charged.
