Remove evaporator unit in numbered sequence, Figs.36 and 37, noting the following:
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Properly discharge refrigerant from A/C system.
3. Plug refrigerant lines to prevent air from mixing when disconnecting them.
4. Refill evaporator with 1.35 fl. oz. ND-OIL 8 compressor oil, or equivalent, before replacing evaporator.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Be sure A/C system is properly charged.
