REMOVAL

Remove intake manifold in numbered sequence, Fig. 11, noting the following:
1. Drain coolant as follows:
a. Place instrument panel temperature control lever in Hot position.
b. Carefully remove radiator cap.
c. Remove radiator drain plug.
2. Before disconnecting high pressure fuel line, relieve fuel pressure as outlined in ``Fuel Pressure Release'' found in Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Service Precautions.
3. Remove delivery pipe, fuel injector and regulator as an assembly.

Reverse removal procedure to install. When installing throttle body, refer to bolt length chart, Fig. 12.
