Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair
1.
Apply sealant to threaded portion.
Specified sealant: MOPAR Part No.4318031 (Lock Nut Seal Adhesive) or equivalent 2.
Install engine coolant temperature sensor and tighten it to specified torque.
Sensor tightening torque: 7 Nm (5 ft-lbs.) 3.
Fasten harness connectors securely.
