Brake Proportioning/Combination Valve: Service and Repair
Proportioning valves should never be disassembled.
1.
Remove Hydraulic Control Unit
(HCU) as described under
Hydraulic Control Unit Replacement.
Fig 70 Proportioning Valve Replacement:

Remove required valve from HCU.
3.
Reverse procedure to install.
Torque proportioning valve to
106 inch lbs.
