- Key Off.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure voltage between Pin 13 at the Data Link Connector and battery negative post.

- Is voltage greater than 9.0 volts?

YES -- SERVICE short to power. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes

NO -- Go to A8. A8 - Check For Spark At The Plugs
