QC3 - Check VSS PID

- Perform a short road test and look for a change in the Vehicle speed Sensor (VSS) PID.
- Was the VSS PID greater than zero MPH/KPH?
YES -- GO to QC4. QC4 - Check ECT Temperature
NO -- SERVICE On-Board Diagnostics II (OBD II) circuit. PERFORM the OBD II Drive Cycle. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes Monitors, Trips, Drive Cycles and Readiness Codes
