REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Refrigerant-12 from the system.
3. Coolant from the radiator.
4. Windshield washer fluid bottle.
5. Electrical connections.
6. Heater core inlet and outlet pipes.
7. Refrigerant inlet and outlet pipes.
8. Relay bracket (31).
9. Case flange nuts (147).
10. Blower case (436 and 449) and evaporator (444). Separate case halves.
11. Filter (448).
12. Evaporator (444).

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator (444) the case (436).
2. Filter (448).
3. Case halves (436 and 449).
4. Case flange nuts (147).
5. Heater core inlet and outlet pipes.
6. Refrigerant inlet and outlet pipes.Tighten connections.
7. Relay bracket (31).
8. Electrical connections.
9. Windshield washer fluid bottle.
10. Engine coolant bottle.
11. Coolant to the radiator.
12. Refrigerant to the system.
^ Leak test.
13. Negative battery cable.
