Control Module: Service and Repair






1. Disconnect the two wiring harness connectors from the automatic transfer case control module. Refer to Transfer Case Control Component Views.
2. Located above the left bussed electrical center on the driver's side of the vehicle, remove the automatic transfer case control module from the retainer.
3. Slide the automatic transfer case control module straight out from the retainer.


Installation Procedure





1. Install the automatic transfer case control module into the retainer.
2. Connect the two wiring harness connectors to the automatic transfer case control module. Refer to Transfer Case Control Component Views.
3. Start the engine and test the automatic transfer case system for proper shift operation.
