Intake Manifold Installation




1. Install a new intake manifold gasket.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the intake manifold and bolts. Tighten the intake manifold bolts from the inside out to 10 Nm (89 lb in).




3. Install a new throttle control module gasket.
4. Install the throttle control module.
5. Add threadlock GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the throttle control module bolt threads.
6. Install the throttle control module bolts. Tighten the throttle control module bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
