Engine - Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair
Water Thermosensor:
WARNING: Never remove sensor while engine is hot.
1.
Remove extension manifold.
2.
Unplug connector and remove sensor.
3.
Use new gasket and install sensor. Torque to 174 - 217 in lb (19.6 - 24.5 Nm).
