Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise vehicle and suitably support vehicle.
3. Drain engine coolant.
4. Remove fresh air duct and air cleaner assembly.
5. Remove battery and carrier, then upper radiator hose.
6. Remove relay box and cooling fan connector.
7. Working underneath vehicle, remove engine splash shield.
8. Remove stabilizer and bracket, lower radiator hose, then air separation hose.
9. On models equipped with automatic transmission, remove oil cooler hose.
10. Remove bolts securing A/C condenser piping to radiator, then secure condenser away from radiator with wire.
11. Remove power steering oil pipe bracket.
12. Remove A/C high pressure pipe bracket.
13. Remove radiator bracket and radiator.
14. Reverse procedure to install.
