Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Exhaust System R&R:
1. Remove in order shown on image.
2. Inspect all parts and repair or replace as needed.
3. Assemble in reverse order of removal.

1. Bracket
2. Secondary Air Pipe
3. Main Converter
4. Main Silencer (Muffler)
5. Insulator
6. Front Converter
7. Turbocharger
8. Insulator
9. Exhaust Manifold
10. Insulator
NOTE: Check stud bolt torque before installing exhaust manifold. It should be 22 - 26 ft lb (30 - 35 Nm).
