Ignition Lock: Service and Repair
1.
Disarm radio coded theft protection as outlined in
Technician Safety Information.
2.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
3.
Remove steering wheel as outlined in
Steering Wheel, then remove steering column covers.
4.
Disconnect electrical connectors from
ignition switch.
5.
Disconnect
ignition switch connector and remove attaching screw.
6.
Remove
ignition switch.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
