DTC P2773 (Flash Code 75) Four Wheel Drive (4WD) Low Switch Circuit Low Voltage (AWR6B45)

1. Transmission control system check

Refer to "55.Transmission Control 5A.Troubleshooting(AWR6B45) diagnostic system check-transmission controls".

2. Current DTC check

1) Connect the scan tool.

2) Turn OFF the ignition switch for 30 seconds or more.

3) Start the engine.

4) Operate the 4WD switch to the 4L position, and operate the vehicle.

5) Observe the DTC information with a scan tool. Is a DTC set?

Yes

=>Go to DTC check for each control system.

No

Go to Intermittent conditions of automatic transmission.

Refer to "206.Transmission, Transaxle 19D.Symptom(AWR6B45) Intermittent conditions of automatic transmission".

3. DTC check for each control system

1) Turn OFF the ignition switch for 30 seconds or more.

2) Turn ON the ignition switch.

3) Observe the DTC information with a scan tool. Is a DTC relating to the engine control system, brake control system, or transfer control system set at the same time?

Yes

Go to the applicable DTC diagnosis.

No

=>Go to Prioritized DTC check.

4. Prioritized DTC check

1) Observe the DTC information with a scan tool. Is DTC P0729, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0735, P073B, or P2714 set at the same time?

Yes

Go to the applicable DTC diagnosis.

No

=>Go to Inspection of gear shifting.

5. Inspection of gear shifting

1) Verify that the transfer is correctly shifted to the 2H, 4H, and 4L position. Is the transfer shifted correctly?

Yes

=>Go to Repair verification.

No

Go to Diagnostic system check-transfer case controls.

6. Repair verification

1) Clear the DTC with a scan tool.

2) Turn OFF the ignition switch for 30 seconds or more.

3) Start the engine.

4) Operate the 4WD switch to the 4L position, and operate the vehicle.

5) Observe the DTC information with a scan tool.
