DTC P2459 |
Diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency |
---|---|
DETECTION CONDITION
|
If the diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency reaches the specified frequency as calculated from the engine operation condition for engine protection, the PCM determines that the diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency is too short.
|
POSSIBLE CAUSE
|
• Scheduled maintenance does not have followed
• Diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor improper connection
• Exhaust gas leakage in exhaust system after diesel particulate filter
• Low engine compression
• Diesel particulate filter restriction or damaged
• Fuel injection system malfunction
• PCM malfunction
