CONDENSER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.5, MZR 1.6].)(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].)(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop].)(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo].)(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0].)(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6].)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear seat cushion (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Rear scuff plate (LH) (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Tire house trim (LH) (See TIRE HOUSE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  C-pillar trim (LH) (See C-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Remove the bolt.

5.  Remove the condenser.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2.  Remove the liftgate upper trim. (See LIFTGATE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Remove the bolt.

5.  Remove the condenser.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
