HORN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

MZR 1.5, MZR 1.6, MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5, MZR 2.0 DISI i-stop, MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo, SKYACTIV-G 2.0

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].)

2.  Slightly bend back the mudguard. (See FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Remove the bolt.

5.  Remove the horn.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

MZR-CD 2.2

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

2.  Slightly bend back the mudguard. (See FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.) (Horn RH only)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.) (Horn LH only)

4.  Disconnect the connector.

5.  Remove the bolt.

6.  Remove the horn.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

MZ-CD 1.6

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

(See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6].)

2.  Slightly bend back the mudguard. (See FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Disconnect the connector.

4.  Remove the PCM bracket bolt.

5.  Remove the nut.

6.  Remove the bolt.

7.  Remove the horn.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
