CENTER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the following parts:
- (1) Center panel upper (See CENTER PANEL UPPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (2) Upper panel (See UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (3) Decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (4) Shift lever knob (MTX) (See MANUAL TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [G35M-R].) (See MANUAL TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [G66M-R].) (See MANUAL TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [A26M-R].)
- (5) Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- (6) Center panel lower (See CENTER PANEL LOWER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3. Remove screws.
4. Pull the center panel in the direction of the arrow (1), (2), (3) shown in the figure, then detach clips.
5. Remove the center panel.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
