Control Assembly: Service and Repair

A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. Glove compartment Parts.
b. Instrument lower finish panel.
c. Center cluster finish panel.

Air Conditioning Control Assembly:

2. DISCONNECT A/C CONTROL CABLES


3. REMOVE A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY







a. Remove the heater control knobs.
b. Using pliers, pull out the A/C switch.
c. Remove the heater control panel.







d. Remove the 3 screws and the A/C control assembly, then disconnect the connector.


2. INSPECT SWITCHES OPERATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
