1 Windshield

2 Window adjuster

• 443 845 631 A

3 Plenum chamber cover

• Must only be pulled out of binding profile by hand.

• Removing and installing => [ Plenum Chamber Cover Assembly Overview ] Service and Repair

4 Binding profile

• Is part of windshield.

5 Spacer

• Is part of windshield.

6 PUR adhesive sealant

• Bead cross section: width = 6.5 mm, height = 10 mm (including excess material on the window glass and window flange)

• Minimum Curing Time => [ Minimum Curing Time ] Minimum Curing Time

7 Drip rail

• Removing and installing => [ Drip Rail ] Drip Rail

8 Sealing lip

• If sealing lip is damaged when cut out, a new windshield must be installed.
