PERFORM SAS CONTROL MODULE DTC INSPECTION
•  Clear the DTC for the SAS control module using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
•  Perform the DTC inspection for the SAS control module using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
•  Are the same Pending DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
If DTC is displayed
•  Repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.(See DTC TABLE [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
If DTC is not displayed
•  DTC troubleshooting completed.

PERFORM SAS CONTROL MODULE CONFIGURATION (AS-BUILT DATA USE)
•  Perform the SAS control module configuration using the M-MDS. (See SAS CONTROL MODULE CONFIGURATION (USING AS-BUILT DATA) [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM].)
•  Clear the DTC for the SAS control module using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
•  Perform the DTC inspection for the SAS control module using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
•  Are the same Pending DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
If DTC is displayed
•  Repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.(See DTC TABLE [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
If DTC is not displayed
•  DTC troubleshooting completed.

PERFORM SAS CONTROL MODULE DTC INSPECTION

•  Are the same Pending DTCs present?
Yes
Repeat the inspection from Step 2.
•  If the malfunction recurs, replace the SAS control module. (See SAS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM].)
No
If DTC is displayed
•  Repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.(See DTC TABLE [SAS CONTROL MODULE (STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)].)
If DTC is not displayed
•  DTC troubleshooting completed.
