VERIFY RELATED REPAIR INFORMATION AVAILABILITY
• Verify related Service Bulletins and or/on-line repair information availability.
• Is any related repair information available?

Yes
|
Perform repair or diagnosis according to the available repair information.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.
|

2
|
VERIFY DTCS
• Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position, then to the ON position.
• Verify the DTCs in the PCM memory.
• Are except DTCs P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0751, P0756, P1751 and P1756 output?
|
Yes
|
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
(See DTC TABLE [LA4AX-EL (CD4E)].)
|
No
|
Go to the next step.

|
Shift solenoid operation inspection
• Drive in D range.
• Connect the WDS or equivalent to the DLC-2 and select the following PIDS.
• Using the WDS or equivalent, verify the operation status of shift solenoid A and shift solenoid B while driving.
• Is the shift solenoid operation normal?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
No
|
Replace the solenoid body assembly, then go to Step 8.
|

|
INSPECT ROAD TEST
• Road-test the vehicle to verify the respective shift points.
• Are the shift points normal?
|
Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
No
|
Inspect the symptom troubleshooting, then go to the next step.
|

|
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0751, P0756, P1751 OR P1756 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all the disconnected connectors.
• Clear the DTC using the WDS or equivalent.
• Start the engine.
• Perform the "After Repair Procedure".
• Are any DTCs present?

Yes
|
Replace the PCM, then go to the next step.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.
|

|
VERIFY DTCS
• Are except DTCs P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0751, P0756, P1751 and P1756 output?
|
Yes
|
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
(See DTC TABLE [LA4AX-EL (CD4E)].)

No
|
DTC troubleshooting completed.
|
