Inspect the glass panel during operation.
Is the glass panel loose?

Yes

Adjust the glass panel. (See GLASS PANEL ADJUSTMENT.)
Inspect the system for normal operation.

Go to the next step.

INSPECT GLASS PANEL TRACKS
Open the glass panel.
Inspect the tracks for obstructions and damage.
Are the glass panel tracks normal?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
|
No
|
Remove the obstructions. Repair the glass panel tracks if necessary.
Inspect the system for normal operation.

INSPECT WATER CHANNEL AND GUIDE
Inspect the water channel and channel guide for any loose fasteners or obstructions.
Are the water channel and channel guides installed securely and free from obstructions?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|

No
|
Remove all the obstructions from the water channel and install securely. Secure the channel guide or repair if necessary.
Inspect the system for normal operation.

INSPECT SUNSHADE
Inspect the sunshade for correct installation.
Is the sunshade installed correctly?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.

No
|
Install the sunshade correctly. (See SUNSHADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Inspect the sunshade for normal operation.

INSPECT DEFLECTOR
Inspect the deflector for obstructions and damage.
Is the deflector normal?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.

No
|
Remove all the obstructions and repair replace the deflector. (See DEFLECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Inspect the system for normal operation.

INSPECT GLASS PANEL
Inspect the glass panel for obstructions and damage. Verify that the glass panel is installed securely.
Is the glass panel normal?

Yes
|
Install a new sunroof unit. (See SUNROOF UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Inspect the system for normal operation.

No
|
Repair the glass panel if necessary. (See GLASS PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Inspect the system for normal operation.
