1	INSPECT PCM DTC •  Perform the PCM DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZR 1.8, MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZR 2.0 DISI].) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZR-CD 2.2].) •  Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [MZR 1.8, MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].) (See DTC TABLE [MZR 2.0 DISI].) (See DTC TABLE [MZR-CD 2.2].)
		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY PCM MALFUNCTION •  Clear the DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [BCM].) •  Perform the BCM DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [BCM].) •  Is the DTC U0401:68 present?	Yes	Replace the PCM, then go to the next step. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.8, MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5].) (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.0 DISI].) (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
		No	Go to Step 4.
3	VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED •  Clear the DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [BCM].) •  Perform the BCM DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [BCM].) •  Is the DTC U0401:68 present?	Yes	Replace the BCM, then go to the next step. (See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
		No	Go to the next step.
4	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT •  Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [BCM].)
		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
