BUMPER SLIDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Front Bumper Slider

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the set plate. (See SET PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the bolts.

5.  Remove the tab in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

6.  Pull the front bumper slider in the direction of the arrow while detaching the pins.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Bumper Slider

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Trunk covering (4SD) (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Trunk board (4SD) (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Trunk side pocket (4SD) (See TRUNK SIDE POCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Trunk end trim (4SD) (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  Rear combination light (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6)  Rear splash shield (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(7)  Rear bumper (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the screws.

4.  Remove the nut.

5.  Pull the rear bumper slider in the direction of the arrow while detaching the hook.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
