CENTER ROOF ANTENNA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Rear seat cushon (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Rear seat belt lower anchor installation bolt (See REAR SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Trunk side pocket (See TRUNK SIDE POCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  Tunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6)  Tunk side upper trim (See TRUNK SIDE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(7)  C-pillar trim (See C-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(8)  D-pillar trim (See D-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the rear passenger's assist handle. (See ASSIST HANDLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the cargo net hook (with cargo net hook)(See HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Partially peel back the headliner.

Caution

•  Be careful not to peel back the headliner excessively. Otherwise it could create a fold-seam in the headliner.

6.  Disconnect the connector.

7.  Remove the nut.

8.  While pressing the center roof antenna tabs in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure, press the center roof antenna in the direction of arrow (2) to detach the center roof antenna tabs from the body.

9.  Remove the center roof antenna.

10.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
